マヒトゥ・ザ・ピーポー [MahiToThePeople]
平成元年生まれ。
2009年 バンドGEZANを大阪にて結成。作詞作曲をおこないボーカルとして音楽活動開始。
うたもののソロやpeepowとしてラップアルバムをBLACK SMOKER RECORDSより、また青葉市子とのNUUAMMとして複数枚アルバムを制作。コラボレーションも多岐にわたり、映画の劇伴やCM音楽も手がけ、その一貫した美学に文学界からも彼のファンは多い。また音楽以外の分野では国内外のアーティストを自身のレーベル十三月でリリースしたり、ボーダーフリーな野外フェスである全感覚祭を主催、また中国の写真家Ren Hangのモデルをつとめたりと、独自のレイヤーで時代をまたぎ、自由なスタンスで活動している。
MahiToThePeople is a vocalist and songwriter of an Osaka-based band GEZAN since they came together in 2009. He has also released his solo works and rap album as peepow on BLACK SMOKER RECORDS, collaboration albums with Ichiko Aoba as NUUAMM, and have produced variety of music for films, theatres and commercials. His field of work extends to running his own record label Jusangatsu, organising a free-spirited open air festival Zenkankaku-sai in Osaka, modelling for Chinese photographer Ren Hang and much more.
